We have noticed that the developer, iFree Studio encountered a tech issue for Xbox One version of the game: Lies of Astaroth. After several meetings, we don’t think they can fix the issue for Xbox One immediately. It may take 1-2 months to fix the game.

We would sincere apologize for this issue. We totally understand it’s a failure of the service and if you want to make a refund, please contact Microsoft Xbox for your recent loss.

We believe iFree Studio will bring the game back as soon as possible.
